Granny Square Finishing (finishing the last stitch of a granny square)

I got tired of having that ugly bump after joining the last stitch of a granny

square so I came up with this technique:

When done with the last

sc of the square DO NOT join, finish the stitch and pull the loop all

the way through (as if to finish off). Thread the end through a tapestry

needle, take the needle through the next stitch (the one you would have

joined into, from back to front under the top two loops, pull through

then put tapestry needle through top two loops of the previous sc

and go down through and weave in on back.
